On your day out with us you can enjoy all of the below included in your ticket...

  • We are open from 10am – 6pm. Last admission is 4pm during Schools Out and 2pm during Term time

  • Unlimited rides in our traditional outdoor funfair*

*Some rides do have a charge.

How to purchase Day visit passes

We sell tickets on a first come first serve basis here at Skegness. You can purchase your Day Visits pass from the Main Entrance to resort during our festive period. (We don't sell pre-bookable tickets unless it is a group booking for 20 or more).


If you want to bring lots of friends and family, or perhaps a club or school we offer a great discounts on our day passes for groups of 20 people or more. Tickets need to be booked and paid for in advance, to book, just call 01754 614445

  • A group is 20 or more guests

  • The group organiser will go free of charge.

  • For schools we permit 1 teacher free of charge with every 10 students.

  • The group rate is the same for adults and children. (Under 2’s are free)

  • Off peak rate £10.00

Opening Times

The resorts opens at 10am and day visit passes are valid

Schools out - 10am and 6pm with last admission at 4.00pm.

Term-time & Just For Tots - 10am and 6pm with last admisson at 2pm.

Entertainment is limited on the 18th, 27th & 30th December and some flumes may be closed within our Splash Waterworld due to these being our Intake days. Due to this, guests visiting on these specific days will be able to get £5.00 off per person but this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or family ticket.

Please note for the rest of 2015 our Outdoor River Rapids will be closed every day.

It costs £1 if you wish to park your car. To go back to your car during the day, please keep hold of your day visit pass as you will be asked to present this on re-entering the resort. As we are sponsoring Great Ormond street hospital this year we would like to charge £1 per car for parking to donate to our charity this year to raise money for urgently needed equipment for sick children.

*Your Day visit refund is available for the same amount of visitors that are named on a future Butlins break. At least one member of the day visit party must be named on the booking.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure your day visit with us is an enjoyable experience for all, please be aware of the below terms & conditions...

Proof Of Age: Children must be 15years + for admission onto the resort without an adult. All under 15’s need to be accompanied by somebody over the age of 18. ID may be requested on arrival by team members. Accepted forms of ID are photographic driver’s license or passport.

Unexpected Changes & Closures: Butlins will endeavour to ensure that as many rides and attractions as possible are available for your enjoyment. We may however, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the resort, close or cancel any ride or attraction due to inclement weather or for technical reasons.

Resort Capacity: The resort has a capacity level for health & safety; as a result all tickets purchased on arrival are sold on a first come first served basis. Unfortunately any persons arriving after the closure of the entrance will be refused admission without compensation.

Venue Capacities: Butlins venues are subject to maximum capacities set by the local Fire Officer, and as such entrance to venues are not guaranteed. As our venues are popular seating cannot be guaranteed or reserved.

Health & Safety: For the safety and wellbeing of our guests, not all facilities are available to everyone and height, age & weight restrictions do apply on all our rides and activities.

Splash Waterworld: All non swimmers under 14yrs and children aged 8yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult. Only competent swimmers may use certain flume rides. Please be aware that loose items, including goggles, cannot by worn on the flumes.

Fairground: Restrictions and additional charges may apply on certain rides and other facilities. To meet certification requirements and maintain our ongoing improvement policy, all our funfair rides are regularly inspected and maintained by specialist engineers. They may be closed at certain times for work to be carried out. Rides are subject to weather & height restrictions.

Children: Whilst every care is taken children remain the responsibility of parents or guardian at all times, in all facilities on Resort.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on Resort; assistance dogs are accepted.

General: Please show consideration to other guests and Butlins team members and treat the facilities with respect. Offensive or illegal behaviour and excessive noise will not be tolerated. If guests fail to comply with these rules they and their party will be asked to leave the Resort immediately without refund or compensation.
