    Paying online is simple, all you’ll need is your reference number and postcode (or your login details if you have an account).

    Yes you can. As a day visitor you are entitled to use all of the facilities at any of our Resorts during the day but will not have access to our evening shows. Opening times and prices can be found on our Day Visitors section of the website or alternatively please contact the resorts directly on the numbers listed below.

    The short answer is lots! The price of your break doesn’t only include your accommodation and breakfast and dinner (if you add a dining plan), you’ll also have full access to use our lovely beachside resorts and all of the following:

    • Indoor sub-tropical Splash Waterworld
    • Free rides on our traditional fairground
    • Unlimited rides for your tots on their own specially designed funfair
    • Sports coaching sessions (small extra charges apply for selected sessions such as archery and fencing)
    • Art and craft classes

    • Daytime shows and entertainment in our indoor Skyline pavilion

    You don’t need a printed copy of your confirmation. Just bring a note of your booking reference number with you, that combined with some personal information will be enough to check you in.

    We do not allow pets on Resort although we welcome guide dogs for the blind, deaf or disabled. They must however be registered and we need to have a copy of the documents prior to arrival.

    Most of our accommodation is not on the ground floor. You can however pay a supplement to guarantee ground floor accommodation in most of our grades (this is refundable if you have a blue badge), please check when you book online or via our call centre.

    Yes! If you'd like to treat a friend or the family to a fun gift, Butlins Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10, £25 or £50. Please call our finance team on 01442 203541 to purchase. These vouchers can be used as payment toward a break with us or in many shops, restaurants and venues on resort. All Butlins Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    When you arrive you’ll be given a guide to your holiday that will include a full list of what’s on, where and when. You can also create a plan for your break before you arrive

    Every day we offer 15 minutes of free Wi-fi for everybody visiting our resort. You can purchase an unlimited wi-fi pass for your break (3 or 4 night breaks £15 and 7 night breaks for £20 per device) available when booking online, through our Contact Centre or directly through your device. If you're staying in any of our Hotels or BlueSkies apartments then free wi-fi is included whilst around your accommodation.

    Checking In

    All guest are welcome on resort from 12pm.
    Check in is from 1pm.
    Standard, Silver and Rooms are available from 4pm.
    Gold, Deluxe and Hotels are available from 3pm.

    Checking Out

    All guest must be out of their accommodation by 10am.
    All guests are welcome to stay on resort until 12pm.
    Guests must hand in their keycards at Guest Services or drop them into the keycard box at the maingate when leaving.

    All of our restaurants offer a brilliant choice of food and excellent service. If you choose a Food Court or Premium Dining plan, your restaurant will be allocated by our team on resort before you arrive. If you’d prefer a specific restaurant, please mention it at the time of booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

    Yes you can but our dining plans are very popular so we can’t guarantee that there will be availability.

    Yes we do, just give us a call before you arrive to let us know what you need and our chefs will make sure you are catered for.

    Juices, squash, tea and coffee are included with our Food Court and Premium dining plans. These are available to purchase in the hotel restaurants when including Hotel Dining. All other soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are available to purchase from all our restaurants to drink with your meal.

    We love a party, add one of our celebration packages when you book and we’ll decorate your table and make a fuss of the birthday girl or boy.

    Absolutely not. We don’t think it’s fair to add credit card charges to your booking so we don’t.

    Once you’ve paid your deposit you will receive your confirmation that shows you what you’ve booked. If you’ve booked online with us you’ll receive your booking confirmation by email within an hour of booking.

    You don’t have to print your confirmation, all you need to do is present your confirmation email on your phone when you arrive on resort (or if you don’t have a smart phone, just bring a note of your booking confirmation number). If you choose a postal confirmation, it will be sent within 7-10 working days. You’ll also receive a final confirmation of your booking when you’ve paid your balance in full.

    We accept Delta, Visa and Mastercard on the internet and over the phone. Switch cards can only be used over the phone.
    (You can pay by cheque or postal order too).

    If you are booking your holiday 8 weeks or more in advance of the holiday start date you’ll only need to pay a deposit at the time of booking and you can spread the cost of your holiday by paying in instalments. To make it really easy for you, you can go to your account online anytime and make your payment (even if you booked through our call centre).     Many customers decide to upgrade, or change their holiday before their arrival date. If you would like to do the same please contact our Customer Services Team on 0845 070 4757 (there may be a small administration charge for general amendments to your booking).     Babies under 2 years old are free if you bring along your own cot. You may also hire a cot for a fee of £10 (linen is not included). If a baby sleeps in a bed there is a supplement of £35 for 3 & 4 night stays and £50 for 7 night stays.

    Simply follow the A259 coast road and you can’t miss us. We’re just one mile east of Bognor Regis on the Littlehampton road near Felpham Village. See who’ll be the first to spot the Skyline Pavilion – you can see it as you approach the Resort!

    If you're travelling by train, the Resort is just a 5 minute taxi ride from Bognor Regis station. And, if you are travelling by coach, you will arrive at the Resort's main entrance where we look forward to meeting you. Please note that only National Express coaches stop inside the main entrance.

    As you are welcomed at the entrance to Butlins, Bognor Regis, you will be guided to one of our free car parks and informed of which check-in desk to go to by the Welcome Team.

    You are welcome to use all facilities and start enjoying your Butlins holiday anytime from 12.00pm.

    If you have arrived by car please leave your luggage there until you have checked-in. If you arrive by taxi or coach then we suggest that you leave it in our Left Luggage Office in Guest Services (open from 10am-3.45pm on arrival days).

    Premier Club guests check in the Skyline Pavilion or Gold Reception from Midday and access accommodation from 3pm.

    Deluxe accommodation guests can check in from midday in the Skyline Pavilion and access accommodation from 4pm.

    Guests staying in our Gold accommodation can check in at the Gold Reception on Atlantic Bay from midday and access accommodation from 3pm.

    If you’ve booked Standard or Silver accommodation your can check in from midday in the Skyline Pavilion and your accommodation will be ready from 4pm.

    Hotel guests can check in from 3pm in their Hotel reception and your rooms will be ready for you straight away.

    Wheelchairs and electric scooters may be hired for a small charge during your stay. These should be pre-booked with Shopmobility on 01243 830077. Please remember to book early, as there is limited availability!

    Please ask for a special needs information leaflet on arrival at the entrance to the Resort, at the Special Needs Help Desk in the Skyline or ask Guest Services to assist you with any special needs you may have.

    Please check-in at the Special Needs Help Desk in the Skyline from 4.00pm. On production of a disabled badge you will be able to obtain a temporary parking pass to unload your vehicle near your accommodation. From 9am on the day after arrival we have a very limited number of permanent parking passes, to allow parking near your accommodation for the rest of your stay, these are available at Guest Services.

    Yes and additional linen is available on request from the Housekeepers Office in your village.

    Towels are provided in Gold and Deluxe accommodation only but can be hired from the hire shop for a small charge and refundable deposit. Please bring your own towels for swimming.

    Butlins Minehead, Minehead, Somerset, TA24 5SH

    Heading north the simplest route is to take the M5 to Taunton (Junction 25), then take the A358 and A39 to Minehead. Heading south on the M5 you can follow the signposts for the A39 from Junction 24. You can't miss us; we're just half a mile along the seafront road from Minehead town centre.

    If you're travelling by train, the nearest main line station to Minehead is Taunton. A bus transfer service is operated by First Bus between Taunton station and Minehead (number 28). This service is available at an additional cost. For general information call First Bus on 0871 200 22 33.

    If you are travelling by National Express, you will arrive at the Resort's main entrance - unless that particular service terminates at Taunton.

    We're easy to find. Follow the A52 from Skegness to Mablethorpe. You can't miss us, we're just 3 miles from the town centre and well signposted. The main entrance is situated on the right on the A52 Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards Road. Just look for the brown signs to help you find your way. See who'll be the first to spot the Skyline Pavilion you can see it from up to 7 miles away from the Resort!

    If you're coming by train, a bus service operates between Skegness railway station and the Resort (a distance of approximately 3 miles).     The Shoreline Hotel is our character hotel, a magical experience for little ones. Our Characters will be at the hotel on your day of arrival to meet our guests. And during your break, you can be joined by them for breakfast if you’ve added one of our dining plans. Children can also send and receive letters to our very own Billy Bear and join him for story time in his special bear sized bedroom on the first floor.

    Our character breakfasts are perfect for little ones. They can enjoy their breakfast and meet their favourite Butlins characters who’ll be walking around the restaurant (with their Redcoat friends). Just make sure they don’t pinch your toast!

    Character breakfasts are served either in the Hotel restaurant or in Papa John’s (adjacent to the hotel), our reception team will let you know where they are being held when you come to stay.

    Our Character breakfasts are exclusively for guests at our Shoreline Hotel who have chosen a dining plan.

    The bed in the adult part of the room is king size – some rooms offer twin beds instead.

    The split bunk beds in the children’s area are 1750mm or 5’8” long and designed with kids in mind – they can see and talk to each other, watch their own TV and are tucked away in their own area to give you some privacy.

    The Wave Hotel is our newest addition to Bognor Regis. It opened in July 2012. The hotel has an underwater theme and children will love their submarine style bedrooms (not least because each cabin bunk has its own TV and DVD player!). You’ll also find Gamesport here – it’s our 21st Century family games room with all the latest interactive games inside.
