Once you’ve paid your deposit you will receive your confirmation that shows you what you’ve booked. If you’ve booked online with us you’ll receive your booking confirmation by email within an hour of booking.
You don’t have to print your confirmation, all you need to do is present your confirmation email on your phone when you arrive on resort (or if you don’t have a smart phone, just bring a note of your booking confirmation number). If you choose a postal confirmation, it will be sent within 7-10 working days. You’ll also receive a final confirmation of your booking when you’ve paid your balance in full.
