1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Hasbro or Bourne Leisure and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. The prizes:
a. ONE first prize of £200 worth of Hasbro toys and games (RRP as listed in Argos Catalogue 74 as of 24th July 2010);
b. TEN runners up prizes of your choice of any ONE from the Discover Hasbro website www.discoverhasbro.co.uk  
3. Prizes are subject to availability, non-transferrable and non-negotiable. There are no cash alternatives.
4. Hasbro reserves the right to offer a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is not available.
5. To Enter: Complete the entry form by filling in your details and submit by the closing date of 11.59pm 14 February 2011.
6. No purchase necessary. To enter the competition Prize Draw you must be signed up as a Hasbro VIP.
7. This Prize Draw cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
8. One entry per household only (same name, same address).
9. All entries must be made online directly by the person entering the promotion.
10. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
11. Incomplete, corrupt or entries not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
12. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
13. Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. Winners will be selected in a random draw, on 15.02.11 from all valid entries.
15. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw and will have 14 days to respond. In the event that no response is made within this time the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a reserve winner.
16. Proof of age and identity will be required.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
18. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.
19. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
21. Entrants must retain rules or maintain easy access to them throughout the competition period.
22. Hasbro reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this competition without notice.
