Cumberland Sausage
Onion
Butter
Basil
Penne Pasta
English Cheddar
Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
Grill the sausages until evenly cooked
Sautee the onion in a little butter until golden
Add the chopped tomatoes, dried basil, 100ml water and simmer
Cook the pasta and drain
Mix the sausage and pasta together
Place into an ovenware pyrex dish
Pour over the sauce and stir into the pasta
Grate the cheddar and cover
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C
