Cream
Broccolli
Onion
Butter
White sauce mix
Mashed potato
Place the salmon on the foil and season
Bake for 10 minutes
Fry the onion in a little butter until golden
Add the cream and reduce
Use the white sauce mix to thicken
Cook the broccoli and drain
Take out the salmon
Place the salmon in a pyrex dish with the broccoli
Spoon over the sauce
Cover with the mashed potato mix
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160 C
