Salmon in a cream and butter sauce

Salmon Supreme
Cream
Broccolli
Onion
Butter
White sauce mix
Mashed potato

  1. Place the salmon on the foil and season
  2. Bake for 10 minutes
  3. Fry the onion in a little butter until golden
  4. Add the cream and reduce
  5. Use the white sauce mix to thicken
  6. Cook the broccoli and drain
  7. Take out the salmon
  8. Place the salmon in a pyrex dish with the broccoli
  9. Spoon over the sauce
  10. Cover with the mashed potato mix
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160 C
