Chicken stir fry

Chicken breast
Butter
Onion
Vegetable mix
Noodles
Five Spice
Black Bean sauce
Salt and pepper

  1. Cut the chicken into strips
  2. Sprinkle with the Chinese five spice
  3. Grill the chicken strips
  4. Sautee the onion in a little butter
  5. Add the vegetable mix and cook through (for best results keep the vegetables a little crisp)
  6. Soak the noodles in boiling hot water and five spice (off the heat for five minutes)
  7. Add the chicken strips to the vegetables and stir in the black bean sauce
  8. Drain the noodles and add to the mixture and cook for a further two minutes.
