The Only Place to be in 2010
Butlins is proud to announce a host of fantastic new family entertainment for 2010 including:
• Thomas and Friends – coming exclusively to Butlins with a spectacular live show and lots of new Thomas-themed activities
• Brainiac Live – the hugely popular Sky One show is coming live to Butlins, bringing the weird and wonderful world of science to kids and adults alike
• Guinness World Records – guests have the chance to set a new world record and get their names into the Guinness World Records book
• High Ropes and Climbing Wall – due to the popularity of the High Ropes and Climbing Wall at Bognor Regis and Minehead Butlins has built a brand new one at Skegness
• Character Lunches – these extra special lunches give the family a chance to meet many of the Butlins characters including Bob The Builder, Angelina Ballerina, and of course Billy Bear! Guests can enjoy some fun and games over a delicious three course buffet meal and each child leaves with a special photo and gift as well as a host of magical memories
• Live coverage of World Cup 2010 – don’t miss a moment with live coverage of World Cup 2010 at every Resort
• Baby Loves Disco – a fun filled dance party featuring real music spun and mixed by DJs guaranteed to get those little booties moving and grooving

Family Favourites
Some things are just too good to change, so here’s a reminder of the firm favourites still available on a Butlins break:
• Enjoy some R&R at the Spas at both Bognor Regis (Ocean Hotel) and Skegness. Both offer Spa Experiences with access to Hydro Spas, Saunas and Steam Rooms and the Ocean Spa even features disco showers, snow cave and an outdoor whirlpool. There is also a unique and varied treatment menu available at both Spas
• Stars from X-Factor and Britain’s Got Talent – an opportunity to see both current and previous stars live at the Resorts throughout the year
• Looney Tunes’ characters, including lasting favourites Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Tweetie Pie, will be getting up to all sorts of crazy antics both on-screen and live on stage
• Nick Jr, the popular UK pre-school TV channel, looks forward to all the family joining in their spectacular live show. They can join the fun with Dora the Explorer and her cousin Diego, plus presenters Arnie and Barnie the Worms and the first ever UK performance by Ming Ming the Duckling from Wonder Pets! in a fun rainforest adventure. Children will enjoy singing along, dancing, and problem-solving as they help Dora and friends with their quest. There's even a Mini Movers routine to get little ones warmed up before the adventure! Families can also have a photo taken with the Nick Jr stars as a fantastic souvenir to take home
• Toddlers discover the magic of dance, music, and drama on the LittleMagicTrain adventures with sound, music, illustrations, and educational stories. Mum and Dad can come along too
• Everybody loves The Skyline Gang with Rainbow the dog creating canine chaos whilst Sprout, Bud, Candi, Mimi, Dude, and Pip dance, juggle, and ride their uni-cycles around the Skyline Pavilion, the all weather venue and heart of each Resort
• Bob the Builder has his own interactive show with friends Wendy and Spud. Angelina Ballerina teaches the little ones the perfect pirouette in her Dance Academy whilst the mischievous Pingu helps the tinies get fit in the morning and ready for bed with a bedtime story in his Chill Zone. Barney, the purple dinosaur, wants everyone to fall in love with his feel-good music and give him a cuddle whenever possible!
• The amazing Splash Waterworld – free to all guests – where they can bask in a subtropical climate and be as active or as relaxed as they like. Thrill seekers can have hours of fun twisting and turning on the rides and flumes including the extra-long, adrenaline-rush Master Blaster and Space Bowl. A favourite for all ages
• Butlins very own cuddly character Billy Bear plus friends Dino, Darwin and Daisy the Cow
• Titan the Robot – the amazing larger than life robot sings and dances - his version of Singing in the Rain is never to be forgotten

Action Packed!
Butlins has loads of action packed activities for all the family to discover including:
• Castle Sports a swashbuckling medieval-themed action experience, where guests master the basics of fencing and archery
• Beach Sports, from May to September, at specially created inland beaches, featuring beach volleyball, ultimate Frisbee and Speedminton (a very fast version of badminton)
• Family fun at Character Olympics where everyone can join in Pingu’s Flipper Race, Spud’s Sack Race and Dino and Darwin’s Egg & Spoon Race
• Try ten-pin bowling and shoot some pool in Hot Shots bar.
• Cheerleading - the whole family can learn how to be the ultimate sport supporters
• Carnival Create where kids can make their very own colourful carnival costume
• Learn how to DJ and street dance at Urban Academy
• Get silly at Circus School and Clowning Around
• Animal Magic gets everyone close to an array of exotic creatures including spiders, snakes and scorpions
• Experience The Beat Goes On, a family workshop teaching the art of drumming – mums just love this one!!
