
Recent research, by holiday giant Butlins, reveals that a massive 84% of Brits think about past holidays to get through the winter doom and gloom with 56% saying planning a holiday is the activity that best lifts their mood from snappy to happy.

TV heroes LazyTown’s Sportacus, Stephanie and Robbie Rotten appear live in the new ‘Energy Show’ filled with sport, dance and music. The LazyTown team will also be encouraging youngsters to eat healthily with their Eat Well campaign. 2011 sees a brand new show from the science geeks in Brainiac Live! and Animal Adventures shows kids how to handle and treat animals plus about their habitats.
Even hard-to-please teens get in on the act with Coke’s Silent Disco, wearing headphones teens flick between two channels as DJs play top hits and compete for their attention, and Street Dance sessions where they can learn cool moves from professionals.
For tots, BJ and Baby Bop are joining Barney in two new shows and there’s The Little Big Club featuring Bob the Builder & Friends, Angelina Ballerina, Fireman Sam, Barney, BJ and Baby Bop as well as Thomas & Friends. Fireman Sam gets his very own live show this year.
Tiny the Stegosaurus is an amazingly realistic dinosaur brought to life through a combination of live sound and facial animatronics – so good you might mistake him for the real thing!
For grown ups the Soho Coffee Shop at the resorts in Minehead and Skegness offer a gourmet coffee experience whether your favourite is creamy cappuccino, strong black espresso or traditional hot chocolate or tea. And if you’re feeling peckish there are fresh handmade sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes and salads, as well as indulgent cakes and cookies.
The green open spaces are great for families to chill out or enjoy a picnic and for those who love the seaside all three resorts stand directly on the seafront – perfect for a day at the beach or an evening stroll along the front.

Festival is a celebration of all the music and artistes that have performed at festivals from Woodstock to Glastonbury starting with the hippy Hendrix vibe of the 70’s through to Kings of Leon and Scissor Sisters with an explosive headliner finale. A brand new urban dance show features street dancers as they break, freerun and dance through soundtracks to urban life.
