On the 16th and 17th August, guests at seaside Resort in Minehead will receive free money-can’t-buy sports tuition from world-class experts including the Great Britain Beach Volleyball Squad, former Olympic windsurfers and England’s National Beach Soccer team.
The free beach activities include beach volleyball, windsurfing, beach soccer, ultimate frisbee, archery and wall climbing. As well as expert tuition, talent scouts will be on the look-out for Britain’s Olympians of the future and London 2012.
All the activities will take place on the Resort’s new man-made beach court which features sand ideally suited to beach sports and has been introduced to further increase the number of sports available. All guests can participate in as many training sessions as they wish, which are taking place from 10am until 4pm over the weekend and medals will be awarded to all for their efforts.
